I came to Cake Nested just by reading the google reviews and mostly it was positive. However, I did not have the confidence. I didnt want my sons 2nd birthday’s cake to go wrong in anyways. Afer doing lot of research, I wanted to take a risk with cake nest but took lot of time to explain them what i wanted and requested them to exactly give me a output of my sample cake picture.They gave me all confidence that they can definitely do that and match exactly the picture i gave them. The owner and the staff in the shop were nice and listened to me carefully. Very responsive. On the day it was time to go get the cake and with fingers crossed I went to collect it. To my surprise, the cake they made was actually better than the sample i gave them.My whole family loved the outcome of the cake and the taste (german forest) was also good. Good quality of cake. Very bad and worst service, no responsibility in taking job.. if you order 1.5 kg, they will deliver one kg. If you ask for yellow color they will deliver red color.. what ever you ask they dont mind.. they will deliver whatever they wish... At last we are the one going to suffer and pay..They will say we will check and deliver the cake.. but they will not even hear what you say while taking order
