Visited the shop today.. Collections were good but the staffs were pathetic!! Bought few items, they neither gave a proper bill nor took any mode of digital payments, only cash was accepted. When asked for a manual bill, they hesitated, after asking couple of time, the girl said bill book was over and wrote in a pink slip and gave.Wanted to exchange a dream catcher just after paying the bill amount as we found it very costly and was not worth it. Asked the staff if we can take something else.. They refused!! not ready to exchange an item which was bought few seconds before that too without a proper bill!!Attaching the bill provided and the dream catch sold which was sold for Rs.550Whomsoever owns this shop, please change the staffs else your reputation will keep on spoiling!!

Visited today, owner Caughing without mask with full air conditioning. Great sense of person during covid situation.As everyone mentioned, you will be under the impression of thief once entered into the shop. The collectables shop culture is not customer friendly.

This place has got amazing, unique, and some rare collections. A small place which has got many small to highly valuable gifts and accessories. Ive never left the shop without buying something every time I visit. Quite expensive, but love their collections.

Worst staff, they themself look like thieves, they are seeing all customers as thief, which is literally anyone buys there will feel them and definitely get irritated, there was a staff she was professionally checking camera video and interact with customers nicely like any other shops we shop. I go there traveling almost 11km by car, now I feel my hard earned money should not go there. I see the prices also got raised there.
