Please teach your store staff some courtesy. Also what is this remove footwear rule? Your store staff can wear footwear, go out on the roads and wear footwear in the store, but customers should not wear footwear? Your rule should be common for everyone if you intend on keeping your place hygienic. When I question that, your staff were so rude. So I walked out. Whose loss is it?

Poor management. an incident that we bought and we had got the bill around 100 but one pen rate differed immediately they were not accepting that we keep the pen back another they mentioned rs19 for 90 and repeated the same but in the bill it shows rs80 .80 would somewhat be clear. please give a solnfor us.
