And my office just walkable distance from Trackon office.This is not the first time this kind of issue is happening with Trackon. Thay never deliver titem. We have to track ter address and follow with them.

One of the worst courier service.. I dont know how they get NSDL courier contracts. With in one kilometres they dont know the address and road name.. May be their relatives working in Nsdl. Based on they get the contract. They shift their office and both contract numbers not Responding. Simply tjay are earning from our pocket..

My Pan card took 4 days to reach Porur from Maharashtra.One can reach my place from Porur which is about 5km,within an hour if he comes by walk. Now even after 5days it is not delivered to me.Why these people are running this business?All the reasons given in options(poor quality,poor value,not professional,not responsive) for a single star are applicable.

The worst courier service and staff personnel I have ever seen in my carrier. They forgot that they are Paid for their service. They need not be courteous, instead they can behave politely.A parcel from ICAI, Noida was booked on 14.07.2020. It reached Chennai on 03.08.2020, but not sent for delivery and kept it at Porur Hub Office. On 8th August 2020 they called my son over phone and said a parcel meant for him is lying there, since the address mentioned is not clear and asked him to come and collect it, if it was not collected by 6 PM on the same day, they will return it to Consinger. When I contacted the incharge Mr.Pandian and asked why it was not delivered at door step, he said address mentioned is wrong, there is a record for having sent the parcel for delivery and call record for having contacted over phone. The delivery boy never contacted my son. The courier office located 13 Kms away from our residence. As it was study material of my son, we went to collect it. Another person said to be in-charge, asked for identity proof specifically with the address mentioned in it. Though I showed the family card in the present address wherein my sons name appear, he rudely refused to deliver it and demanded my sons individual ID with address. Finally after prolonged argument, downloaded and shown the aadhaar, they gave the parcel. To our surprise we find that correct address is mentioned on the parcel.They say nothing could be done with them, they are ready to face anything. They forgot that they are paid for service.The attitude of rude behaviour, shirking their responsibility of delivering the parcel at door step and their nature of demanding individual ID and address proof (with present address) shows their malafide motive, warranting stringent action against them.We the public always accuse the Govt and Govt staff (for their free service) that they harass for ulterior motive, these people even after being paid for their service harass us.I expect Trackon administration to initiate action against concerned staff personnel for their misbehaviour, arrogance, authoritative attitude, failure to render proper service.Ramesh, Ayapakkam.

Worst customer service. Parcel reached Chennai by November 5th. Its not yet delivered till 20th. Highly irresponsible staff. Not even taking down the consignment number. Saying everyday that parcel will be delivered today but not delivering. If there is no delivery person why the hell are you people running courier office in that area!?

Horrible service. The package reached this hub on 22nd December 2018. I called them 5 days consecutively after 26th. Each day I was promised a delivers the same day. Finally had to go to their office and take the delivery.They claimed that pincode wasnt mentioned on the package, which was a complete lie.
