I had a pathetic shifting experience with porter guys and I would never recommend anyone to use porter ever in their life. I just to let everyone that these people have the worst service. They broke most of the glassware items and did not pack any of the items. They just kept in in a loading rickshaw without any protection. They even broke my coffee table glass top and all the mattresses and pillow covers were covered in dust.After complaining to their team, the vendor called up and started yelling and calling us fraud.I would rate in negative if there was an option to do so.Thanks for the super bad service. Worst ExperienceWaited whole day for the truck and they didn’t come at all. Both booking agent and truck driver blamed each other on phone only after we made numerous calls to them. Now booking agent Rajesh Shetty is not responding when we asked for the refund.

Worst experience:1. Vendor is not properly informed about the inventory - conflict between vendor and us2. Unpacking is not complete yet after unloading.3. No customer support no matter what!4. No tracking of goods5. Additional hidden costs pop up once service is half taken!Pls dont use porter

Hired porter for packer and movers. As usual all gib talk, good email, promised twenty cartoon boxes and other paraphernlias.....I also assumed that these guys are professional. Finally, the red letter day came to shift from Ambattur to OMR......on the day, waiting, waiting, I spoke to the contact number....none of them answered....finally one person from Madhavaram answered said...vehicle just left....around 9.30 am....contacted customer assist at Porter....it is such a lousy people....they dont understand and bother what we talk....finally i got a call, vehicle left from OMR...will be reaching destination around 10 am....finally vehicle reached my premises at 11.30 am.....as promised no carton boxes, no cellophane, no packaging materials....staffs were rude lack courteous, very old vehicle.....they broke my geyser, flower pots were broken, LED tv partially damaged, microwave damaged.....finally they left at 2 pm....whenever I talk to contact number they abuse me....till 4.30 pm vehicle was not found.....finally I spotted the vehicle at Medavakkam fly over.....trying to start the engine.....very very third rate service....they abuse the customers.....request dont even hire these guys...pay more get better services from leading packers and movers.....

Never ever think about choosing porter for your house shifting needs. They have a full proof plan to ruin all that in a jiffy!!I booked a 2BHK full house shifting with porter for 21st Aug. Porter is nothing but a middlemen with no authority, management and involvement in your house shifting apart from getting a random logistics vendor selected and assigned to you. Once you pay the token amount, their role is over and are mere spectators in case you end up having issues.I was assigned Bright packers and movers for my shifting, a person came on the day of shifting to inspect the items in the house just to realise that porter had booked a small vehicle and instead of 2bhk for which i got a quote, they booked for 1bhk. After inspection, he left and said he will coordinate with porter as they need 2 vehicles and the quote will be 2x the quote.I tried to follow up with Kalpesh from Porter but there was no way to connect, I sent out more than 13 emails but they didnt bother to respond. I was frustrated to the point that I also CCd the CEO and like employees like CEO, nothing moved. So, basically was on the path of ruining the day and most importantly the planned shifting.I spoke to Bright packers to go ahead with 2 vehicles and we can see about the difference amount as well but he needed a go ahead from Porter and as expected, they were not responding to the vendor as well.Customer service is useless and clueless to the extent that everytime I called, they wanted to hear the issue out. You dont even have a log of events and issues being reported. Anyways, i asked them to connect to Kalpesh as he didnt respond over email either to which I got a response that they cannot connect directly but will ask him to give a call back. As I am writing this review which is 10 hrs after a ruined day, he has not yet responded neither anyone from their customer support team dared to respond backAfter 1:30 in the afternoon, I get a call from some representative to inform that they have cancelled the booking as no vendor is available now and the quote needs to be revised upon which they can look to book another vendor. Their audacity to expect that I shall be booking them again is credit worthy though😁.Stay Away from Porter!! They are not worth anything. Its easy to find a vendor from just dial, negotiate and book them without the hassle of these middlemen messing up in between all your plans.

Very unprofessional .For the same place,same vehicle everytime they increase rates at the time of booking and also after completion of trip they further increase total bill amount which is almost10% higher.Porter complaint attending team is very rude,they dont allow customer to speak.In the last 5 trips we had this issue.In last delivery after finishing the trip and settlement of bill they further shows 8% amount outstanding

If we are booking 2 wheelers then we should make sure than the delivery point is in ground floor. Few riders dont deliver in gated communities or in small apartments. And they will not inform us before they start the ride. Why dont you announce that all 2 wheeler deliveries will be delivered at doorstep? What is stopping you from that?

While I install the app and upload my documents that evening the customer care person called and review my documents it is very easy to learn how to take orders with my own language and while in order any problem the customer care person helps me to come out of the problem overall it is a user friendly app to drivers that they can gain more income from Porter because of Porter my family became wealthy and in corona time the company helps a lot to drivers.

I given 5 ratings for the porter because office workers and customer care also given proper answer to the drivers and customers and if any issue to the partners they clear without any expectation of the customers

Porters Bike delivery is being very helpful.Im using it to deliver me small things such as Laptop chargers, lunch , Small parcels etc. in a minimal costI would suggest it for others too

So. Its really confusing. I almost booked the helper one and thank god I saw the ad on an auto that I called the number. The guy who answered was very patient. That star is for him. But otherwise, I dunno why they charge extra 75 for ground floor to ground floor delivery. They dont deliver in the 1st floor.

DONT SIGN UP. Once you give them the mobile number, they keep sending spam SMS and you cannot change number or delete account. Created by pure geniuses it seems. Cant you imagine a use case where people move out of cities and they might not want your SMS for the rest of their lives because they had to use your service once? Fix it or review stays here thats all I can do unfortunately.

Used porter for booking mini truck. Quick response & no delay . Truck came within 20 minutes. There are wide ranges of trucks available including Tata Ace , 8 Feet truck etc.. They are very economical. Highly recommend to everyone. Kudos to porter.

I was used Lynk and wow truck in past days, I was not satisfied with their services. One day I tried porter, they place a vehicle on time and the driver professionally trained.
