Very worse customer support by Lala Move, they will not stick to their commitment of their vehicle arrangements, they have totally failed in arranging the truck when we were needed.

All van drivers, please note: I share my experience 3 months experience with Lalamove and Bigbasket mylapore Very poor service, they will not give proper report about what you have worked. And not give your payment fully. They will cheat your money. And they will not answer for your yuestions regarding payment. They will treat you as slave. I have worked past 3 months here and I didnt get payment fully what I have worked even I proved with data. So, drivers dont believe Lalamove for monthly payment.
