I have couriered around 100kgs luggage and tv unit. there are so many things have been damaged in luggage and TV also has been damaged fully. I have request for claim so many times... they are not claiming it.usually they will weight the luggage in their office and they will send the final kgs and amount details. due to covid we avoided to go there and we paid amount using GPAY. Now it has been more than 2 months I am running behind them to get bill hardcopy as I need to submit in my office. but they are not giving it.. and when we visited office it was close. Still I am trying to contact them just for my own bill.I must say this the worse service... Please do not go through this courier service. find some other better one

Have used their service 3 times and am completely satisfied. Right from picking up the package and sending updates via whatsapp. Everything was good and its my go to place for courier services.
