Worst service providing in this branch.30mins waiting no one can infront office.

Very very worst service. You will not receive the product of you get your product in this delivery hub. More than three times attempt made for me and they given the status as CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE. Ill share the delivery guy number also +918291810016. Worst delivery guy. If u cal this number he will not answer. But this guy will get the delivery address details of you. But he will not deliver to u. Worst dog in delivery.

I dont have option to give less then this. I request Google to create if possible. Such a worst experience with this branch. Very very bad customer service, worst answering and responsibilities. They even dont have minimum sence of duties. Final no space to discuss about protocols. I request organization to look over these. If my review come across them.

A totally useless and aweful experience. I went to this branch where no one was at counter where every employee is/was busy doing their chores. I was calling them, to attend me, despite some employee saw me they didnt want to intimate the appropriate person. Finally after some ample of time wasting one employee came to counter When I gave a useful feedback of keeping a bell at counter so that it would help the branch I got the worst response.Calling them is another nightmare. Gave a delivery instruction on a package for the address given still no sign of the delivery.Giving them the ref number, the employee argues that this is a wrong reference and insists on AWB number where I got sms on reference numberWhen complained in the global customer care regarding non-responsive of branch employees, they give an absurd reply that the delivery office does not provide customer care service.What kind of reply is this?

Staff can be more professional in dealing customer.

Really a worst service provider team sitting in this branch. Kindly let them remove from blue dart is my suggestion. Remaining branch pioneers and team are working and supporting like a lot. But these guys are not informing any courier details. Even if we track over the online and request them directly also they are denied our own courier to dispatch with the valid proof. Theyre rude at delivery. If we ask them in the evening means theyll fix the time as 6 PM to 6.05 PM within that if were not available at the door means theyre return back to from address. Found the same behaviour to a company which leads me to drop such a worst review to the world. Hope bludart ream will take the necessary actions. Or will lead its worst scenario like other ordinary companies lie down.

Its a leading courier service company serves across the world. Its a outlet that serves from padi area, mannurpet, kolathur and korattur. Easy to track our package and staffs are very friendly and guide to pickup our courier and send via the blue dart service.

Compare to other courier to expensive why they are given for the proper response , behavior, hospitality,but they not give respect to anything and worst behavior. very very worst delivery team

Such a worst service. I have been waiting in PADI branch for the past 20 minutes. The counter is open, however no one is there to respond my query. Looks like an abandoned counter. Not sure how they are running business. Pathetic service.

One of the worst guys in delivery. Their delivery agent comes home and send about 10 OTP and finally says that it is not working and took back my parcel, it’s a bank credit card and I was waiting for it. Worst service and worst customer care.

I enquired to send an courier and they said minimum cost is 400 even for within Chennai, I am not sure if it is true but too high.
