I Heard a lot about this place. its basically not a mall but a complex with all your favorite shops under one roof.the pros would be the proximity to the beach and it has a good new in the top seatings.The top floors has the food court & gift choices..

Food court is not completely opened. Still under construction. Roof top dining is good under good weather conditions. Walkable distance from thirumilai railway station. Inox screens will be good and maintenance of the theater is good. Mall will be always occupied with couples so finding a seat or chair will be challenging.

Nice place to hang out, near beach and easily accessible from all corners of the city. Well maintained, neat and clean. But in recent days there is a reduction in number of shops.

I visited here to attend a business and networking meeting. This property has two portions. One for shops and other for offices. Entrance to both are different though interconnected. Better ask the guards for direction.

Good place to hang out with family....appearance of the mall is so elegant when viewing from local train and from road... Small mall only...also there are benches too sit, thats the highlight...mcdonald, kfc good here..restroom is very worst...being in a mall we expect neat and clean rest room..but very worst..maintenance needed... If you are at Marina beach. Nearest mall to visit and also it has a open air food court from which you can take a look of beach. Not much but sufficient food options is there like KFC , MCDONALDS etc. And also it has some good options for shopping.

Something should be done to make it more lively.. Only for the name sake there is a sea view restaurant.. But once you reach there you will be disappointed..

Excellent & Well Maintained Co working space at Regus, Citi Center

One of the oldest malls of Chennai, Citi centre, is in need for some attention and renovation.Houses a 5 screen Inox theatre and some decent retail stores.Parking facilities are sufficient and serves the mall capacity.A huge let down to this mall is its food court. The food court, during the time of this review, is under renovation and hopefully things improve.

Big infrastructure of the mall but too expensive shops.. You can get branded items and renowned companies franchise here. LIFE STYLE, MAX, McDonald, KFC, or can enjoy movie in Inox. Though sales and discounts are seen here and there.. but they amount to cipher if you see the deal as per middle class mentality..

Moderate rates. Having a doda company in topmost floor were u can sint and have with beach view

Citi centre has a lot of shops like lifestyle, FBB, max etc., KFC is there inside and on the roof top you can see the biriyani centre. But theres no good toilet facilities since I saw the toilets are smelling little bit bad. Inox theatre experience is good and coming to the snacks available inside, you cant expect snacks like you will get in SPI cinemas. Inoxs snacks are low cost at the same time tastes not really good.

Citi center has worst staff and management. past sunday, we went to watch movie to that mall. We all gathered to take a group picture on the ground floor of the mall(we were loud). One of the staff came and started scolding us saying did you get permission, get out of the mall and i swear they literally kicked all of us out of the mall that day. Like we were dogs. Proof of the staff scolding us. We did not disturb, we just shouted little posed for a group picture. It would have been better if they asked us not to shout instead of throwing us out.

Lot of malls inside Citi centre with Air conditioning inside the entire mall feels Chillness And open City View Corridor at Top.

One of the biggest malls I have ever seen, great place for shopping,has a big courtyard has each and every brand you need all under one umbrella, close to marina beach.

One of oldest shopping malls in chennai, shopping destination for who love to shop in not so crowded shops!

Citi Center which once was bustling and lively is gradually losing its charm. This was one of the earliest malls in Chennai, pretty close to the beach and one of the main places for time pass. All the floors which once was completely occupied by vendors, currently looks empty with hardly a few shops. The food court too has only a couple of vendors and is empty most of the time.

It is an amazing place to watch movies and hang out with friends. The mall is decorated with so many plastic flowers which doesnt match the interior design of the mall. The washrooms can be maintained in a better play. In the food area the chairs can be arranged in proper manner. They do have McDonald. But the milkshakes and ice creams are kept in one floor and another floor has other spicy food of MC Donalds. It will b nice to keep all the dishes at one place. Over all it is a good place. It can be visited once in a while.

Not a mall. Jz a building with few brands and a movie theatre. Has a Rooftop restaurant too.

Its a pretty average mall. One of the few good things here is actually the terrace which has a pretty good breeze but according thats incidental and doesnt say much about the mall. The only reason I would go there is to watch a movie. Although there are a few good shops. The atmosphere is pretty lacking here.

Its a nice place to visit, its interior and exterior design is based on Greec architecture.It has got a quiet nice range of stores with a folding section on the top floor and-and-and a open roof sitting area with a beach view.It has also got movie screens.Thats all

Once a.place of hustle bustle, now a not so crowded Shopping place. Lifestyle is good. The watch collection on the ground floor is nice. Right now theres a good sale happening. Best time to get there n shop :)l

The place has underground parking. But they will charge you 30 rupees. If you are traveling by car or bike or scooter, the parking entrance is in the back side of the building. If you taking the road towards beach then make right at City centre signal and not a u turn which will leave at the front exist entrance. If you are coming from the beach road then take the left turn on the signal to the backside entrance. They two basement level and a ground level parking. They also have valet on weekends.

Old small shopping mall which is quite run down these days. Food court is currently under renovation. So very limited eating options. It has an Inox cineplex and a few good shopping options. The open terrace provides a great view of the city especially the beach and the lighthouse. There is an overpriced play zone. Okay place to hang out with friends or family. Needs improvement. Easy to spot, Google location is exact. Ample parking.

The location of Chennai city center is at on of very old and busiest road of Chennai and its very near to Marina beach. The property is very beautiful from outside and is well maintained. But still its not fully open and all branded showrooms are still not available. The major brands available are Lifestyle and KFC.

This mall has history and the design is nice too. It might seem small but is still okay. The biggest downsize is the lack of food choice which is very important for me in a mall. Pretty decent mall. Not as big as Phoenix or Express Avenue but that could be a good thing for many who dislike very clumsy and cumbersome malls. Choice of shops are decent at Citi Centre and importantly the location of the mall is excellent. It is directly on the main road itself and you dont need to walk another kilometre inside to reach the actual mall. Mall is also quite close to beach. So both can be clubbed together in a single visit. Inox theatre is located inside.

Now a days it’s become a out dated mall in the city. Not much crowded and no much shops are available for shopping. Movie “inbox” is annexed to city centre. Food court is not big but you can have a open sitting in the top of the building with good view.Parking is not big and not covered area. Only one lift service is available for the entire mall. You can have ice cream for just Rs.20 in ground floor. Some special programs are being conducted during festivals.

Worst security service. Dont waste your money to give bike parking. They are lazy fellow.

The location of the place is without the doubt, one of the best in the city. Not even a kilometer from Marina beach. The most exciting offering of the mall is its roof top sea view seat and eat area. Other than this the mall is average in terms of shopping and food options.

We visited the mall for movie. The cost of the popcorn is 300 rupees. But it tasted like it was old. Same popcorn is being sold by vendors outside the theater will cost only 50 rupees maximum. Even the small cup of corn costed 100 rupees. They should allow outside foods too.

This mall has become old and toilets are dirty. No options in the food court. But the INOX theatre is good and Lifestyle store in this mall is less crowded.

Architecture of the building is good.If you happen to be near Marina Beach, then can visit.A big NO for its cinema. The seats are terrible, poorly maintained.The old charm is lost; may be because of bad maintenance.

Chennai citi centre is supposed to be one of the well know malls in Chennai... but they have such a pathetic maintenanceThe washrooms or something horrible and pathetic to even enter I feel below middle class shop itself have better washrooms than City centre being a vintage Mall please try to improve the maintenance and give a good example to all tourist and people who come here with high hopes

The place is quite good, with stores like max,fbb and lifestyle.but, the crowd has reduced a lot. Many people closed their shops in the mall because the crowd is reducing. Food court is 50% empty always. Many famous stores like landmark,KFC have closed. In the ground floor, there are small vehicles which kids can ride on for like 10min, and next to the food court, there is fun city, where both kids and adults can play. But a new fun city card is little expensive. overall, this is an average place for hanging out, buying some clothes,and eating food.

Public transportation and train facility also available here. This mylpore known for famous temples and memorable places. Anna square and all head office near by city center. A movie mall also along within. Clothing and other shopping you can done here. In mall series this is oldest one among them.

The mall seems to be under renovation and what was once a big mall, it seems to be a shadow of it now. The exterior still looks good but on the inside, theres nothing much one can do except for the inox theatre to catch a movie. Pales in comparison with other malls in the city.

Its one of the oldest shopping mall. Escalator and lift services are there for all the floors. Enough parking facility is there. Funcity and movie screens are there in the 4th floor. Max show room, Bose show room and furniture show rooms are the highlights of this mall. Its a good place to visit.

A bit small mall. Navigation signs are missing and Staffs are short(the major disadvantage). Food court has only five to six shops. Funcity(Game Zone) is small but good and has the best customer support in the entire mall. The inox theater is cool and unique in the entire mall.

After a long time, I am visiting this mall for a movie in inox .. The mall didnt disappoint, though lot of places inside the mall are under renovation.Roof top dining is awesome, enjoyed the sea view.

Most previously known outlets in this mall are closed. The roof top is wonderful to have brunches. Theres a small cricket net Practice place, 250 for 30 minutes manually and 100 rupees for 3 overs with automated machine. Close by to marina for casual cloth shopping, the atho here is good. MC Donalds exists in abundance.
