They delivered 1.5 year later than the committed date.. GST were 12 percent even government changed it to 6 percent.. poor construction quality , poor plastering, walls are not straight, sold common area as additional car parking. Price, quality & time all three are worst with CG. Never go for Casa Grande.. If we complaint these things to their CRM they are saying this is what its. Do whatever you want.. We have strong marketting team to bring new customer..

CASAGRAND are cheats...DO NOT INVEST IN CASAGRAND....Even AVP level soncalled managers like Mr Balaji...do not have the morals to reply to a customers grievance for a fraud committed by the builder (illegally selling off my paid parking space, to someone else)...there is no reply to my emails/messages fod the past 4 months..this is proof of the substandard DNA of the fraudulent company. They are callous, cheats, money sucking, 3rd rate builders...a minor modification exposed their flaw in basic engineering....took them 1.5 yrs to rectify..(Vivant Project)...they are NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL....Save your money and invest with other builders....They will now answer me in Consumer Court
