Second best part about shell was shell select were we can find some basic kits required for car like engine oil, windshield clear, cleaning cloth, perfume for car, and snacks too available.

Petrol punk with this kind of disgusting service in cell petrol punk I have anyhere in Chennai, bathroom a bucket nothing. No cleaning. I went to use it shell fleet....but they said not working... When i argument them... Then he tried worked... Staffs not respect..this kind of self shell petrol punk will be clear anywhere will be, service is all good but the petrol bunk in this kind of service I just saw the service for the first time today ....

As general shell petrol station is neat and clean . Well maintained but the petrol which we put in this specific petrol station do not give proper mileage. Gives very less mileage for petrol in bikes.Always they says only power petrol is available.

The place has a calming cafe at its premises. Spent around an hour hanging out there just for the ambience. If youre at this place after 12 pm definitely get the Traditional coffee.

Good service done by the people for the Engine Oil Change

Basically shell petrol station employees is very polite and customer friendly, but this petrol station employees are very rude. They are not ready to answer customer questions. One day I went to this petrol station, employees were taking to each other, no one came to fill petrol, I asked to come and fill petrol, but they told no one allotted to fill petrol for that particular row.... There are only two rows available for normal petrol, because of worker is available for only one row,heavy queue in normal petrol. They are used that situation and ask customers to fill V power....and other trick is during the peak hours they are not filling normal petrol, always used to say normal is not available, only V power available. I have experienced with petrol quantity issue.. recently I am facing mileage issue, I checked with other petrol station, no issue with mileage. one person asked to check quantity of petrol, they done that finally they accepted that there was issue, after some days they told that already rectified a issue, but I dont know why i am facing mileage issue only in this petrol station.

This is not shell membership card friendly. Always say shell card is not accepted. One time card worked but they asked me to sign the slip which I refused. This branch has there own rules. Not following shell norms.

It is a private bunk. This bunk sell petrol at the rate, comparatively 2₹ higher than other bunks which has been fixed on that day. Here, they offer high cost v-power petrol to the customers at fixed timings, everyday thereby storing the normal petrol stating that they dont have normal petrol during that fixed time period. It is better to avoid this kind of petrol bunk normally, unless if required during emergency situations.

Shell bunk staffs are humble and polite usually, but this bunk workers are too arrogant and will make you wait for long. try to sell power petrol more. Oils are available in 1 litre pack only, now 2 litres, 3l or 4l can.s. Youll end up in paying more for oil if you buy as 1 litre pack.

The place is clean, well maintained, and has amenities just like any other Shell. The good thing stops right there.Extremely slow service. Good like all other Shell pumps. However they push hard on V power fuels by claiming that one of the pump has only V power fuels during peak hours. People in a rush opt for V Power to Avoid long queue. It is a matter of concern.

Most of the time normal petrol is not available.Looks like purposefully they want to sell speed petrol.I have asked to keep the information board that normal petrol is not available, so that customer would need not to wait until their turn comes to aware of it.They said its their management informed them not to keep such boards.Atleast Weekly once, normal petrol is not available.

On 23rd Feb changed my bike engine oil at Shell, Keelkattalai. Was attended by a service person named Jayapal. He is clear about his profession and treated the customer good. Explained the difference between normal and synthetic oil nicely. Liked his work knowledge and the way of treating the customers. My bike clutch engagement works smooth after putting the Shell engine oil. Thanks..

I am changing my bike engine oil in shell KEELKATTALAI petrol pump. Despite have requested to clean the engine oil tank the person just show the air in the tank and fill the engine oil. I am unhappy & will not come again to this area

They put diesel on my new petrol car. Before i could react or confirm, they filled 1000 Rupees of petrol on top of it and say that, there is no harm , since they have put more petrol over it . This is ridiculous,. The impact is yet to be known, and if severe-i think they should take responsibility in cleaning it.

Cheaters. Put power petrol without asking and no response when pointed out. Beware heard its not the first time. My neighbor also told the same story. They do it wantedly.

Initially they were good. I felt good when i see theyre expanding their service. I would like to share an interesting story which i had experienced few minutes ago.Nowadays theyre not providing regular fuels from 12AM to 7AM. For that Mr. Deva K(Station Manager) said that, Theyre not servicing normal fuels at above mentioned time to avoid day time crunches of normal fuels. He said this interesting fact too, Theyre getting their stocks restored every 2 days but hes still trying to avoid day time crunches by not providing normal fuels at night time. I have never heard such strategy from any other outlets across chennai. I felt bad about being shell customer for years when im returned twice at early morning.

The service could be better. There will be a very long waiting queue for the normal petrol which is only offered at one point, but the one for ther branded petrol(vpower) will be very free. They can offer normal petrol at that point but not providing service. Also to be noted is the price of the petrol. It will be little higher ~1.00 to 0.50 per litre difference when compared to other outlets( hp, io,bp). There is a small snack point inside for all nick- nack needs.

Changed my two wheelers oil here per liter cost Rs445 as on 8-8-2020. Offered some cash to the person who changed oil but he didnt accept that cash and said its free sir.

They denied diesel when I refused to buy their premium version. They did not insist on this for a commercial vehicle that came behind me. Unethical outlet and not customer friendly.
