Not good as earlier. Service not good except few staffs..

At present the only corporate supermarket in west mambalam. All the rest are kirana shops camouflaging as supermarkets

It was best place once upon a time but now the quality and varieties of Groceries and Vegetables are not upto the mark.But still we are hooked to it sometimes hoping to get better.

It was very nice experience to shop in this place. Now it is under renovation and many items are not available or not able to locate.

Everything was great about this store. Indian equivalent of Walmart without a doubt.

A nice shopping complex located close to saibaba temple.This shop has ample of plave for two wheeler parking.Adjacent to it is residencial area so there is no congestion or possibility of traffic.The store is located below shreenath ac hall.This is one place where you get all cooking and house hold things.You will never look for another alternate shops to purchase any cooking items once you have visited reliance fresh

Today I went to buy rice and other groceries from this outlet sharp by 7 AM. Being the lock out period, the outlet runs with limited staff and they were very helpful. I could complete my shopping very fast as the staff in the billing counter was also very fast and courteous. Overall I had a very pleasant shopping experience at this outlet today.

Deals and offers are good, but some offers when we go to Bill, no one knows about the mentioned offer.... Need to be trained all the staff about the offers, if the offers expired remove the tag

Good place for grocerry shopping. The store operates from 7 am to 10 pm, which makes convenient for shopping. The staffs are also well mannered. There will be store manager or assistant store manager all the time. So if there is any complaints, they will easily resolve them.

I have been shopping from day one , since the store opened. The store stocks up a wide array of products, FMCG, groceries, vegetables etc . There are attractive offers , but theres a catch - the offers are mostly not incorporated in the system and you need to doubly make sure that the discounted price is billed. Earlier they used to have adequate staff who were well trained and courteous. May be due cost cutting, currently , theres always shortage of staff and one has to wait a long time ..at any given point of time, only two counters are manned..

Their vegetables are sparse and arent fresh or dependable. Their packed products are the ones to go for keeping in mind their deep discounts and buy one get one offers. The time of the month when they roll out the offer is suspect and depends on their own calculation. All in all, its located in Thiruvenkadam St perpendicular to the Arya Gowda Rd and is a decent place to go to fetch your groceries! My best wishes to them!

The service rendered by the sales team are good in Westmambalam, Chennai. But the vegetables kept for sale are not fresh and seems old and dry. Even you can do some surprise checking. Except this no complaints.

Waiting time was more even for one product. Need to improve. Billing counters were empty and people to handle. They run with even one counter alone on many occasions.

Wednesday offers are useful.

Good prices and quality. Very bad service. They have only one counter to swipe card on. And 80% of the time the machine doesnt work. Three available counters and not enough staff to keep them all working. At any time maximum of 2 counters work.

Service at the counter needs immediate attention of the franchisee. The location advantage is defeated by the waiting time at the cash counter.

Conveniently on a quieter st, Thiruvengadam st, nearby the busy Arya Gowda Rd, the busy bus route road. With some on the Road parking space. Groceries, vegetables and fruits are av at competitive prices. Staff are cordial.

Most of the times ,when ever i go , be it morning, afternoon and in evenings, only one or sometimes, 2 billing counters were only functioning, despite many customers waiting, Management need to work on this and make this branch, customer friendly.
