I had YBM do the construction of my dental office at Rockville Dental Arts. Ben was nothing short of amazing. The day after we obtained the permit his crew was in the space starting to work. The project ran on time and on budget. He performed additional tasks without charge. He was professional and honest and his contractor were meticulous. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a new dental office.

Loved working with Ben. Not only did he do a great job with my buildout but I also was never surprised with any additional costs. I constantly receive compliments. I’ve never had any issues with their work and it’s been 4 years since my office was completed. Highly recommend.

In short, I DO NOT recommend. If you are looking for a dental buildout, simply save yourself some time and money and go to Arminco, led by Art. We regret working with YBM as we ran into project overruns and incomplete work. Arminco has a more complete product, great design, and helps to streamline the process through their trusted partnerships and in house offerings. Additionally, Art and his team are incredibly responsive and accommodating.We decided to work with YBM for a new dental office build out with hopes of the project being completed on time. Ben even expressed that he would be able to complete the project before the guaranteed date. Instead, we ended up with a delayed project which impacted a number of people. Ben did not care or take responsibility. Throughout the project, there were communication issues from YBM to us, our landlord, and both the IT and equipment teams. In each case for the communication issues and delays, Ben pointed the finger at everyone else and NEVER accepted accountability. When inquiring about the delays, we wouldn’t get responses in a reasonable and timely manner. Sometimes, there were no responses. Somehow he always appeared when it was time for a payment!In the end, Ben blamed everyone else (cabinetry, equipment, and IT) for the delays, when his team was actually the root cause of the delays. Additionally, he would make commitments, send them via email, and not deliver on them. Most recently, we had a scheduled appointment with his team for them to complete final work at the office. Instead, he forgot about it and mentioned that his team was on vacation ... in the same email thread that he communicated the appointment date and times. Lastly, as for the work, we had a vision and concept for what we wanted. Unfortunately, it remained a vision, unfulfilled and not a reality. In the end, we were left needing to employ other parties to complete the work and bring some life to the office.If you’re willing to deal with unkept promises, lack of design, delayed or no response from Ben and his team, and incomplete work, go with YBM.As for us, we will never work with YBM again.

Almost every project performed by YBM ended up in dispute and legal confrontation. Low quality job due to short cut in every corner resulted with very short life stratification and long life disspointment and regret. Do not fool by his swwet talk!

Do not work with YBM. Nightmare experience.
