Very worst.. Fraud company, they had to refund me my money.. All they say is cheque is being prepared. there is a person called Ravi hes big fraud. Dont put money in this company. Also company legal person named chella durai is also big cheater. Overall a big fraudsters.

Fantastic location bang on Bangalore highway but substandard construction by VGP. The owners are compelled to spend lots on replastering and leak protection. Lots of Koreans are here as tenants and several villas are used as guest houses and serviced apartments. The most pathetic thing about this villa project is the godforsaken approach road from the highway, which is like a rally route.

Fraud.....one Mr. Sihamani, who is a MANAGER for the past 40 years, is a cheater.....I had asked him to give a parent Document Xerox copy for the property we have purchased in the year 1978....he demands 10,000 00 rupees. THIS IS GOING ON WITH THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE OWNERS.

Pathetic service from the entire organisation. Have called to enquire about the plots we have purchased and no one bothers to reply. You will get transferred to at least 10 people and by the time you explain the same thing over and over again you loose interest.The staff do not share their names, they talk to you like they are doing you a favor. Despite investing in their company you have to do all the running around and enquiring.when I finally got hold of a manager he says bluntly that no development has been done till date (its been 28 years since our purchase) , no house, no water, nothing. No development and no response is what you will get from VGP.
