I had to do a quick revamp of my house in VijeyendraNagar Perungudi Chennai, i approached Rincon realty Parthiban. i was amazed at the way they planned the redesigning and really felt comfortable dealing with them. They were surprisingly transparent compared to others i have dealt with. The work took two days longer then committed, but was finished to my satisfaction and my wifes. would highly recommend this team to anyone looking to built a house from scratch, renovation or interiors .

Rincon Realty in Adyar - A PAIN IN THE NECKinitially spoke and started as a professionals, later turned out to be a unprofessional unethical people who didnt stick to their commitments at all. had booked these guys for false ceiling and interior paint work for my house in medavakkam, chennai and i released payment part by part as agreed and the work gradually proceeded. they completed 1st coat painting and had 80% of false ceiling done and i had release 75% of fund till then. meanwhile i requested them to complete the remaining work after my house warming ceremony as its a custom to complete 2nd coat painting only after pooja+house warming and they agreed. at the same time i had noticed several defects,imperfections on the false ceiling work and paintings and told them to fix it.the person in charge always gives false commitments saying we will fix it today/tomorrow / this day / that day but never completed the work on time. at last he sends labor to fix it and the guy didnt know what to fix it. total lack of communication. I had to visit site almost every day to check on these guys and their work and when i checked in detail there was so much imperfections.at last, the housewarming got over and asked them to start the remaining work and that is the high light - they refused to start the work until i make full payment. and send me an SMS saying We are terminating this project - good byefalse ceiling work was not done properly - they completely changed the LED light from one side to another. one side of the wall is warm light the other side they installed white LED. then they send the electrician to fix it and he had no clue what he needs to do. no proper communication.no proper communicationno proper coordinationno proper updatefalse ceiling and paint work is not clean - they are not experts - they are amateursfalse commitments false commitments false commitments false commitmentsfalse promise false promise false promise false promise false promiseyes, i agree you are not running charity but you shouldnt tell your customers i will finish remaining work only after you pay full amount and threaten them of terminating the project ( remember i had already paid 75%)always focused on money, payment. dont deal with these people you will regret it later.over all ---- Rincon Realty - A PAIN IN THE NECK
