Apartments and facilities are good but some times it becomes too expensive. You can find good 1bhk Apartments at 11K -12K rent but some owners are asking for 14-15K for same Apartments and facilities.Other than this security, club house and activities are good.

Initially when we went to buy the apartment we were promised that Purvankara would get us a tenant as they have tie-up with the corporate companies around pallikarnai and OMR area. they also said that they have a specialized team which looks after the Rental division. But when it was time for execution, they literally backed out and made our investment a dead investment. After 2 years of long struggle we managed to find a tenant from our own connects. But now my tenants are being harassed as purvankara people till date have not issued me my Parking lot NOC. The money for the parking lot was taken well in advance along with the property cost etc.So my sincere suggestion is, if you are buying this property to let it out for rent, plz dont go for it. you will end up getting nightmares from purvankara and will regret your decision of buying this property.Pathetic service from Purvanka employees too. They are not interested in listening to your promblem and giving a solution. They are only interested in your money.

IM ONE OF THE TENURE OF THE PERSON IN THIS APARTMENT , MAINTENANCE WORST SERVICE AND NO GENERATOR ON WHILE CURRENT OFF, BUT EVERY MONTH MAINTENANCE THEY WERE GET ON DATE, THEY HAD TO TAKING MORE MUCH TIME TO WORK ANY REPAIR AND DAMAGES. ONE OF THE LADY HAS GIVEN THAT BITTER EXPERIENCE FOR US, AND BAD ATTITUDE FOR HER IN THAT OFFICE LADY.
