Over all a great experience. Mani from the sales team guided for both phase 1 which Is completed and phase 2 which is under construction. Showed the property many times as and when we asked. We finally bought the property after getting cleared all the doubts we have. Excellent environment and 18000 sqft club house with party hall and extra rooms for the guests which is extra add on point. I strongly recommend to buy the property here as it has all amenities and you will get good support from builder team until you occupy the property.

I recently purchased a flat here which is under construction now and expected to be delivered by Oct-2021. Sales team headed by Mr. Pradeep was transperent and explained all the details patiently.Like every other apartment, this place location has its own issues. Suggest to do detail discussion before deciding. Considering the cost and other factors, I found it is suitable for me.I had some issues while booking the flat, which was sorted out after discussion with their top management.So far satisfied with the quality of construction. I will update our experience once we occupy the apartment.

I booked a flat in Nexterra. So far my experience is great, thanks to Mr. Balaji and his manager Mr. Pradeep. Mr. Balaji is helping me with my various requests without any hesitation and his attitude is really good.Regarding the flat, Ventilation is very good also I like the quality of materials used. The only thing is they could have planned the placement of the common bathroom in a better way other than that everything is great.The project, though I have concerns about the area, I am happy with the project and its amenities. I liked the Guest room facility, Department store, and Party Hall. At present the park is small but the full park will be larger than the park in many other projects by other builders, also they have plan to have a few more park areas for other upcoming phases.Overall experience is really good and expecting a pleasant living experience.

Hai, it is my overall experience with NexterraFirstly I could like to thank Sales team lead Pradeep for his suggestion and because of him everything went smoothly.I had taken 2BHK in Phase 2, actually it is a model house but as I requested they had allocated it to me..Construction and architecture looks good. Community with beautifull atmosphere , peaceful and calm residential space. Kids play is good.

Do not recommend for first home buyers. It might be a fair option for investment. Cannot expect customer satisfaction from the builder. Quality of construction is below average with visible flaws in most of the apartments. Weak walls, poor quality of pipes, bathroom accessories, doors, uneven ceiling etc.I m attaching some of the pics. Consult with the people who have already bought and moved in, before taking a decision.

Dont waste your money and peace of mind. Worst quality you never see any where. You will see builder say bye the moment you register the flat. No commitment and all false promises only.Most important you will see they will chase you like any thing until you pay the money, after that will not get any responseInspect multiple flats and decide at your own risk.All positive comments are by the builder management and will not reflect the actual ongoing issues and recurring problems. Check, think multiple times and decide wisely so you wont regret like many owners.

Worst experience with the staff they promised to deliver by 2017 but had yo wait still its because of their delay I had to bare the burden of gst quality is also worse. Worst commitment and really rude front office people. Worst part they were not committed to deliver in time but they keeping post fine for the buyers banks had refused to disburse money due to their delay now i have to bare the fine amount as well. I am not sure most of the positive reviews are mostly by their employees. I wont recommend these builders for any of my friends and family.

The project has been delivered half cooked after 2 years delay but zero compensation has been paid to the customers. They have even threatened to increase the price to 5%, to few buyers who insists on compensation.Pathetic maintenance and a worst management team.Quality of the apartment is not satisfying. There are minor problems in every apartment and the builder is least bothered to address them.Amenities like Club house, play area, swimming pool, park is still not ready and the work is moving at snails pace.On a whole, its a messed up project. So, double think before buying NEXTERRA..
