Good builders to buy a property.

Purchased in two of their properties, when their MD, Dharmesh used to visit Kuwait. They used to promise a lot as all developers. The property at oragadam was trouble free, with registration . The other propery in Tiruchy Greens was a disaster. Till today after five years, the basic paper works arent finished. Dharmesh is not reachable. The company office reception girls are highly efficient in cutting the call half through, when you try to explain the issue. The manager at Tiruchy at least picks the phone calls occasionally, but he is helpless as the main team at Chennai doesnt care. So it its all your risk profile status to deal with them.

Irresponsible behavior that never expect from MCB. All r good when you approach to buy. After that only you can experience their originality. Cause I have booked the property in MCB Green Field with some amt. But some financial crisis unable to buy that. Hence I requested to refund, they have promised to give within 3 months. It almost crossed 6 months now.. no response yet

Being a first-time home buyer, I was apprehensive about the entire process of buying my first home. But luckily, I found MCB and they made everything turn out absolutely smooth. From the site visit to the delivery of the property, everything was totally hassle-free and a good experience. Their sales team deserves special mention for their politeness and professionalism.

Gave 1 Star because there is no option to give a zero star or negatives. These people took more than 4 months to refund my Aunts tocken deposit of Rs. 20000. My Aunt was in deep depression fearing a possible loss of money. The CRM was initially polite and courteous and even accepted that her company is at fault that they shouldnt have taken this long to refund our money when we decided to cancel our plan of buying a Plot. She said that she is a new joinee and has been allocated with long pending cases like mine. She initially asked for a months time which I allowed gracefully. When I called her, a month later, she accepted her inability to fulfill the commitment and pleaded for a week more. I was polite with her as I didnt want to show my frustration on a lady. When I called her a week later, she kept avoiding my calls and then responded to ask for 1 more day. When I called her again, she promised the refund cheque will be handed over to me the same day at any cost. She promised me that she will call me back and inform the timings to collect the cheque, which she once again failed to do so. I sent my aged parents to their Office to collect the cheque. She said the cheque is ready but then hasnt been signed by her Manager/Director. She asked my parents to come again next day to collect the cheque. Their office is 20 Kms away from our place. She finally handed over a Post dated cheque (hope there wont be any further dispute in getting it cleared, keeping my fingers crossed) and vented out her anger (work pressure) on my parents stating I was calling her multiple times and pressurising her. She failed to realize that it was her who made me call repeatedly and not even once, I had called her before the promised deadline. When my Mother responded to her false claim, she sarcastically asked so you got the cheque and with that guts, you are questioning me now, is it? She must Thank God that I was not there when she made such statements to my parents. I have the call recordings where I have always been polite with her whenever she asked for additional time and also a call where she was rude with me. Despite all this, when my Mother thanked her for finally getting us the cheque, she didnt even have the courtesy to apologize for the delay or to say Welcome. Thats the least we expected. I completely understand the effect of work pressure and sympathize for her but that can never be an excuse to behave rude with your customers. I have purposely not disclosed the CRM details or my details, as my intention is not to take her out of job but only to stress a point that the Company must train its staff to be courteous and ensure they do everything for their staffs to stick to the commitments they give us. Ensure you dont trouble or put your Customers in mental agony. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST FOR YOUR FUTURE ENDEAVOURS. They always give false commitments. All the positive comments you read here should be made by themselves. When I booked a plot in Nov 2014, they told that they can handover the house in 8 months. Now it is Feb 2016. Almost 16 months over. They still have 50% of work pending... Really dont know they have conscious or not. Money minded beggars.No one will answer your phone ( especially Mr. Nazeer boy ). I dont know why he is not answering the phone. I am really frustrated with MCB.
