Do not post fake reviews !!! as i have had a very bad experience with the Marg properties. I booked a flat at Marg Utsav about 2 years back and due to unavoidable circumstances had to cancel it. I raised a cancellation request early 2012, they assured that they would repay the amount within three months but still now (Oct 2013) I have not received a single bloody rupee from them, it is more than 1.5 years. They keep saying that they do not have funds which is sick.Also, I enquired few others who had booked flats at Marg, they said that they have not received proper documents even after paying the full amount.You might wonder why I have written very negatively about Marg, the answer is simple Just want to make sure nobody else gets screwed like me.Well, If you have lots of money, you can go ahead....

It will be great if you guys could get the flat keys to customers on time.

This is a false and forgery company, we paid advance cash of one lakh for their Ayush project in 2012 but still we are not given our allotment neither our advance money for the past years till date 2017.(Customer Id: AAYA136883)Please do not believe this company, we ourselves are planning to sue this company and its owner soon.

Even one star is high for these fraudster company. It has been 8 years since I booked a flat in their savithanjali project. Still I did not get my flat nor my refund. My life has become disaster because of these guys.

Any review about Marg properties posted now saying that it is a good firm is nothing but fake and fraud. Apartment booked in Brindavan, Sriperumbudur in 2011 and paid Rupees seven lakhs advance. No progress todate and was offered alternate apartment in the same project and accepted in march 2015. No communications. No reply to emails. Worst customer care and fraudulent behaviour.

Worst experience first learn how to treat people. Even security having bad attitude.

It has been an awful experience owning a flat in Marg. Their customer service is horrible to say the least, they do not give updates on the status of the property. They do not answer customer calls. I regret having booked a property under them.

They are complete cheat.
