Absolutely unprofessional and their sales reps in particular Mr. Karan Mehta have no clue or acumen with regards to products and requirements. They take upfront payment and deliver incorrect products after weeks and make you feel as if they are doing a favor with refunds (less whatever they slam you for freight charges) for fault that is absolutely not yours. God save anyone doing business with them!

Karan should grow up first on how to talk to persons then start doing the business.
