The owner of this construction has a building with 5 separate houses in it which he has let them for rent near Vinayagapuram chennai. I had taken 2bhk house for rent from this owner for two years.. I had given 50000 as advance amount and 8500 as rent.. we had faced several issues like drainage problem which he didnt tell us earlier and he was very reluctant to solve. We suffered a lot having two kids with drainage issues there.. We had to shift our house due to personal reason so we informed him and deducted rent in advance and the remaining balance 16000 he has to return back to us.. We asked the owner to check the house and give the balance amount 16000 after deducting painting charge.. He told us that he would send via google pay after painting s done. So i believed his words and gave the key.. After that there is no call from him.. Its been one month we didnt receive any msg from him.. He was ignoring my calls and msgs. After tried of calling several times, he picked up the phone and asked me what?? I asked for the balance amount.. He was not even ready to explain the expenses in detail and cut my call.. We have been cheated by him..Then only I came to know that he s doing the samefor everyone who is taking his house for rent.every one use to shout at him after leaving becoz they couldnt t do anything without key and proofs same like me.. He made us convinced to give the key with his false statement.. He has not given back advance amount for many people and he s doing the same still.. PLS BE AWARE AND DONT OPT FOR HIS SERVICE AS HE S CHEATING EVERYONE AND MONEY MINDED.
