Recently I went to Krishna engineering for purchasing plumbing,sanitary works and bathroom products for my constructing new home... I have no idea for the products and very confused... after I entered into shop they got lot all products with reasonable price and good materials.... I would like to mention one girl who name is sharmila , she explains all products with calm and clearly to us... we like her approach and finally we bought good valuable products to home... The worst part is while delivery they dont treat you like Customers and it sounds as if they are doing everything for free service. Shanmugakumar who spoke to me during the call was too harsh which is not in a good way. They dont treat us in a right way when it is getting delivered.Thanks for your response. The real problem is not the service you provided & it is the way he speaks doesnt looks to be professional & it is not in a right way. And today when i checked the tiles, most of the tiles are damaged - Atleast one tile of each box of Bathroom tile. And one set of tile colour was not right. Totally disappointed this morning
