The explanation offered by GL is not acceptable.Builder was not ready to accept few of our minimum requirements as given below1. No loft provision anywhere inside the flat - this has been agreed after the discussion2. No provision for inverter connectivity - we had to discuss on this topic -later agreed to provide in all the flats - this facility was shown in the broucher but dropped in the agreement3.builder was not assuring for the second bore well connectivity - availability of adequate water supply to GL VIVA setup was not explained by the builder confidently...there is an ambiguity4.there is a big hole on the lobby at site, before the lift entrance, which is not there in the original agreement signed with the land owner - this a major inconsistency which the builder is not able to convince positively - rather builder was not entertaining any question on this issue - but for any buyer it is a major safety issue.(any body can fall in to this hole when we are from the lift)In general GL builders are not entertaining any simple discussion which is a peculiar phenomenon we observe with them. Builder dominates but buyer is not allowed to make his mind clear before buying the product.Some thing new, we observe, with this builder when compared with many reputed builders in this city !!

Had smooth and excellent transaction with GL Developers. They addressed every queries and issues and Construction was top notch.

Not a good builder in terms of maintaining honesty and integrity with the buyers. The reason for one star is breach of agreement after giving token advance. I will not again trust this builder.
