Never trust this builders.. very worst builder and you cant expect proper response for your money which you invested.. I have booked the flat 1 4 yr back .still now they are not completed.. now the building work entirely stopped. 12 month I paid pre emi and more than 6 month Im paying full emi for my home loan.. I made 98% payment.. Mr.salim who is the managing director of this company gave lots of false commitment and collect the payments from my side.. their 1st motive is to collect maximum amount from buyers as soon as possible with false commitment.Dont ever trust the single person from this buildersThink lot before going to this builder.

A very worst builder.. I have booked a 2bhk house before 2 years in one location. After some months passed they dint respond and finally they said that land is under problem so we switched to another location and they registered uds alone.. contacted mr.vikas and got a terrible response from me n even he scolded me in bad words. After tat salim mobile number is busy always as he got my number thru vikas and put my number under block. They are frauds.. and I m going to file fir in police station soon.

Finally restart the company...Now continue the pending works on sitesN also starts new sites ASAP.....

Had a very bad nightmare experience with this builder. Took advance amount from us 10months back saying they will start construction within 3months. But 11months completed till date no updates from them. When we asked for refund, they issued a cheque which had insufficient fund and returned. Very worst experience our family is facing with this builders. I request all who invest to think thrice before booking with this builder. Dont get into the trap and suffer like how we r suffering now.

Very slow process constructor. Nearly take 2 years finish the small projects. Marketing people give false promise. I have bad experience with them. Not only my, all the projects cannot done. They are doing stop the half way in projects last 2 years.

Mr. Salim is very wrost builder which i faced in my life , I have booked Flat @ 4D located in Sri Hari Nagar on 2016 , They received 5lakh as deposite amount , I lost my jewels , Time , Energy Everything .... Still Vaccant land , Lot of false commitment which never happen still , Guys Dont waste u r life ( as a middle class person i am saying ) to investing at this builder.

Worst construction company with bunch of false promises, 1year and 2 months have passed getting the payment but still they are yet to start the project and not registered also, when we ask irresponsible answers from sales executive and the owner salim is not at all contactable.They have cheated us, salim you will not be good. We have cheated many middle classes families and neither you nor your dependants for whom ur cheated all will not be good.Still we have not received the money nor the flat, salim at the age of 60+ why do you behave like this.Idiot
