Just one thing – it is really an affordable luxury. For this price, i tried many builders, but this fit the bill perfectly. I am satisfied with BBCL Vajra.

2BHK is very spacious with good planning. No need of lights during the day time. The views are excellent and the house is very breezy.

Very irresponsible builder. Big delay in delivery. Poir finishing quality. They can’t keep up promises. Kindly find the Vajra video by builder on youtube, these apartments were sold, saying that the apartment will be “picture perfect” to that video and in reality the differences are day and night. I own a apartment in this complex and I have put my life’s earning in it. Now I regret every bit.

Horrible experience with them.They are not at all transparent when it comes to price, approvals, etc. All are hidden from customer (To be honest they dont know how to earn the trust from customer). People please dont get cheated by them. Please wake up. Most of their positive reviews are from their own employees. Look for some other builder.
