Location is too good. I am happy with this. But rooms are too small. And they do not have separate walking and drive place. Both are common.If you are looking compact home is good location with out any extra facilities then it’s the beat place to buy house.

I believe this time Extension date will be achieved as handover with full fit outs. Awaiting since 2019..

Please review carefully with this property before making a final call. I burnt my finger a lot with this property. Dont go with trusted builder name as its not right. They ll change their commitments once in a while as the property planning is not good. Launched long back and didnt progressed. The marketing team will not allow anyone or provide contact details of their superiors. I initially didnt recognized this trap. They ll come to your doorstep for all initial processes and then abscond. You need to chase for every small update. Look around the property carefully before deciding.

To my knowledge I was getting a call to buy this flat since 2015 and still I could see that this building is not over yet.The reality is construction began years ago . Construction plan is not good , as the ventilation and lighting going to be a big challenge for all the flats except corner flats. There is not going to be enough space to play around for kids for sure.

Mid of construction looks good probably will complete it mid of 2020
