No1 CHEASTS..!!! 😠😠😠😠 I bought Samsung AC from here in 2016. during purchase the executive told 5 years warranty for both compressor and condenser, i bought Samsung AC only because of this else i would have bought LG, now condenser is broken and yesterday i got to know from samsung service center that the condenser warranty is only for 3 years... They cheated me saying its 5years for both and billed for 3 years condenser and 5 years for compressor...! Cold blooded cheats...!! I would never recommend V&Co and samsung

There is a diff bw website and showroom pricing. Even though there is a pirce diff bw poster posted inside the showroom and the actual price said by the staff. If asked the model mentioned on the poster, out of stock is the only answer....totally disappointed....!

I saw the new ad of 2016. a new bunny face came into it. the way he speaks it is not all matching with his face. even to people doesn’t even known who is that but in that ad for his companion there are two heroines. getting fool of the ad. but the shop is good. and it is good.But they have to do more good back ground music and good and creative and attractive ideas to the advertisement. don’t make luxurious ad. people won’t like it.

Being a long time customer of Vasanth and Co I was saddened by the steady decline in customer focus.Sales team giving false promises of product availability to somehow book business and get advance payment from customer...the trouble then starts... absolutely zero follow ups with customer for delays from the so called No 1 dealer...and finally not even bothering to inform the Manufacturer to inspect and install the product at the customer location...My next purchase will be elsewhere for sure

Edited: Reset the rating to 1 star. I would have better bought products in online rather than in vasanth & co. Had to chase customer care for 3 days to get product delivered. Half of the products including TV came in unsafe open fish market vehicle. Pathetic after sales and delivery service by Vasanth & Co, the so called Indias No.1 dealer.Discount and offers wise better than online. But once you pay money your service will be cut off.. Be ready to accept delayed delivery even if they promise that they will deliver on time. Be ready to call customer care continuously to know if they will deliver the product.

Worst service ever !!!!!No concerns for delivery on committed date even after receiving full payment in advance and they will lie whenever we follow up on delivery date...its day 4 after committed date and no sign of delivery.

Poor sales team... I went to buy a AC... Sales team explain me the product and specification...Finalized the amount and paid it.. But they had sent me the different product.. Then I came to know they have narrated 4 different ACs spec to me as single one.. I had escalated and finally I got t somewhat close product,but not satisfied with tat too. If u r going to buy a product, confirm t product name..check t bill... Check t spec of tat product in online..

We have order fridge and we have requested them for 10 time not to sent the display piece but this guys sent the same display piece.If you purchase any electronics items and expect the display piece will be deliver to your address.I am strongly recommend dont ever go to this shop.We are buying in Lakhs for each electronics items and expecting atleast good toilet as a customers since we are going with family for every purchase.I can see toilet is on behind the shop without any proper cleaning and looks like bus stand type public toilet.I will give only 0 star but unfortunately google review not allow me to provide 0 rating.

Worst customer service.Dont buy anything from this show room. I had bought a washing machine on 11.11.2018 and they delivered defective machine on 12.11.2018. Since then I had been trying for replacement . whenever I call them, everytime one person will attend the call and tell within two days machine will be replaced but they didnt replace it after two days. I made around 25 calls for replacement nobody responded. finally after 16 days machine was replaced and they forced me to pay Rs.250 for delivery. Worst service.

Vasant and co is cheating company. Defective product (Onida AC) was delivered after follow up of 15 days. Took 45 days for replacement. Replaced product is also a old one - Had fitment marks on External unit with removed paints, stains etc. They have relation with Onida service guys and cheat customers.Replaced product also didn’t have gas. Filled gas from my pocket for Rs. 1800. Gas again leaked in 2 days time and Ac not working. Clearly proves they have again given a old defective product.Checked with outside person. Line had a big hole. I have to pay for welding and refilling of gas. Vas and co team spoke rude and didn’t support.Totally unsatisfied. Once you pay your money that’s all. They don’t care and act like gundas. Cheating people. Please don’t buy any product. My humble request.

One Word Fraud [Vasanth&Co[West Tambaram] Branch] company , waste of time , MONEY and high raise of BP , In my washing machine IFB , Vasanth and co did not packed all the items, IFB dealer said they wont pack properly .I ordered Whirlpool copper A/c 3D they said with in 2 days they will deliver . After 2 days i went to the store , they said evening 7O clock then i waited for 2 hours , After two hours , they said , there is no A/c available on that model , it will take another 10 days . i asked them to return my money , For that also they charged 615 Rs from me . I spent auto charge to and fro for checking with them is 600Rs . i called their customer care , Godown and even sales representative from Vasanth and co . First they did nt attend my call , rarely attend and ignored . So as i said earlier Please try other dealers .
