One word to describe Worst. Firstly i had planned for Jan 2020 intake and storm suggested me the universities such as university of hertfordshire and university of bedfordshire whose rankings and reputation is low and told me they suggest these two universities based on my profile and due to unclear guidance i was unable to receive my CAS and finally i decided to withdraw my application and decided to apply for sept 2020 intake, but this i didnt approach any consultancy for processing my application, i had done with my application by self and i got an offer from the QUEEN MARY UNIVERSITY OF LONDON which is the russell group university, and its ranked between 100 - 130 in QS and The world rankings.This be the Worst experience ever had , they just suggest the universities in which they have link, dont ever approach these types of consultancies.
