I wanted to renew my driving license in Mumbai my residence now , which was issued in Bangalore and expiring in April 2020.But I happened to be in Mumbai only for a month in January 2020.I happened to meet SUMIT in his office on a Sunday and told that my licence issued in Bangalore has to be renewed in 15 to 20 days before I leave Mumbai.He took hardly 10 minutes of my time and assured me it will be done which I was little sceptical.But to my surprise it was done in 15 days and I got my chip card licence also before I left Mumbai.I have never seen such efficiency in doing a service at such reasonable cost.And the most I liked was the transparency shown by sumit in all procedures.I have never seen such efficiency in Mumbai.
