Interning at RIC has been a rewarding experience. The oppurtunities that are available for learning and growing are immense.The management is very supportive in terms of the training thats provided and the resources that can be availed.All the associates are very kind, adding to the positivity energy of this place. The recruitment team is really unprofessional. They were not updated about the Job discription what the company needs. I attended F2F last week after HR and technical round and during the interview the interviewer informed me that, I am over qualified for that position. I strongly believed it is a bad gesture from an international company since they should maintain their quality at each stage of recruitment. They could have done proper CV screening prior to F2F atlaest, if you really uphold the value for time.Regards,Anjaly

One of the best company i have ever seen today i attended the interview their online test and waiting for the call to atten the F2F round, mainly hr rubi s very sweet person they approached candidates with full of care and smile, even the security persons and cafeteria persons everyone is awesome in that company there is no drawback to say compared to cts, hcl also in this company they behave awesome treating the candidate with a good sense, waiting to hear from them soon and will be able to get a job in the next few days.
