This is my 2nd occasion of interaction With Hanu Reddys Chennai Branch. The 2nd occasion being during extraordinary and challenging circumstances of the pandemic during Feb,March,April 2021. I must commend the professional conduct of Realtors Mr. Sathiyanathan and Mr. Meganathan for getting a job done quickly and efficiently. During that process they exhibited and made available top class service, exceeding expectations. I always believe empowered employees are the face and backbone of any organisation. Recently I reached out to Hanu Reddy Realty for sale of my land on the outskirts of Chennai. Mr Meghanathan of Hanu Reddy proved to be a blessing in disguise. Mr Meghanathan helped me throughout from marketing to the final sale and the entire process was done as seamless as possible. He was professional, responsible and knowledgeable. While looking to buy a property in Chennai, we were recommended Hanu Reddy by a family friend and we got in touch with Mr. Mukunthan. Mr. Mukunthan worked very patiently with us, guided us in property selection, got us connected with the right property & seller profile, and put our mind at ease.After shortlisting a property, he also helped us find a good lawyer, Mr. Sathish who worked with us in validating the property documents, creating the sale deed and guided us all the way until registration. Mr. Mukunthan and his team were there every step of the way, and helped us complete the purchase.It wouldnt have been possible for us to go through with such a major decision hassle free without the absolute professionalism demonstrated by Mr. Mukunthan and Hanu Reddy team. Their 2% commission may be on the higher side, but it was worth it in the end, especially given the unreliable nature of most real estate brokers. Absolutely recommend Mr. Mukunthan and Hanu Reddy!

I was looking for a rental place and I reached out to Hanu Reddy hoping for better quality and service, as I was fed up with the local brokers. The representative was easily accessible and understood my requirements very well. He made sure that the apartment he showed me, was already inspected by him and met my requirements.
