Neville was not helpful at all. From the beginning the charges for the visa werent disclosed and after I paid the registration fee, I was told I will have to pay a huge sum for a temporary visa. When I demanded to get the registration fee back for not using their services, I was denied the sum. I would recommend not to use their services to anyone.
