Hello. Those are who talking about shabby work should know what work is. We 3 friends have purchased 3 flats with SNR and we are more than happy with them. I have to mention it here that they have a great team with them and they take care of every minute things for safety for kids. Just for an example their work with granite top with side curves not to hurt anyone is awesome. Those who crib here just dont know the essentials of social media. Thank you Ashwin for giving us a Awesome home to live in.

Please dont opt for this construction if you need professional delivery. They would even be ready to sign for registration even before you pay the check. But thats it. Nothing will be delivered on time. Whatever promised to you may not be delivered. Or delivered after one or two years. Engineer, painters, carpenters, painters none of them know what proper finishing is and their interiors with cheap wood sucks. There are always hidden problems when it comes to NAVRANG/Snr constructions. Youll get to know what kind of trouble you got into only later. Half cooked, Half baked work and theyll overcharge for doing the things they already promised. DONT GET INTO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

Builder personally takes care of the work and excellent quality of construction .They use proper methods of construction and have great team to work for them .All of them are experienced with great dedication . Will definitely recommend for your dream home .

Recently bought an apartment at Thoraipakkam from them and no doubt they are pioneers in the constrcution industry. Everything is available with them from Home loan person to pooja shastri. They havr been very kind and helpful with us. Very positive people. CAN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM WITH BLIND EYES.
