Most of the reviews given with 5 star rating are fake reviews. We purchased a two-bedroom apartment at Pallikaranai. Their construction had such a low quality that building is unable to sustain just within ten years. Do not buy and or do any business with these people. They are a big fraud. They build a septic tank with brick work... who in the world does a brick work for septic tank... also when they finished the work, water sump was not constructed... most of the bathroom had leaking... Their business is not a legit one... please stay away...

Have known about Rams for a very long time. Very well known for their transparency and excellent quality in every aspect. The team is very responsive and trustworthy. Many of my friends have bought from Rams and have been happy about it for more than a decade now.

They have a few ongoing projects with great build quality and lot of amenities. They are always responsive to calls. I like their projects and I would definitely recommend them to whoever is looking to buy a home in Chennai.

Sub-standard construction of RAMS Property I own.So much so that builder concedes that one of her relatives who holds a flat here is getting offer for purchase below cost price only. Seepage and leakage all over leading to wall paint peeling off. Where from they got such pathetic lifts, nobody knows.Giving 1 star because there is no option for anything lower. Collectively we need to sue the builder for taking people for a ride.Future buyers, BEWARE ! Keep a safe distance from any of RAMS projects. Totally undependable builder.

Not even worth the one star. The overall quality of the apartment is horrible. It is only 8 years old and it looks like it’s atleast 25+ years. Water is sleeping through the walls and the pipelines are already gone to the dogs. I get brown water in the bathrooms inspite of cleaning the tanks regularly. The quality promised is nowhere near what is reality. Please be careful when you buy from RAMS builders in the future.

Worst construction! Purchased one flat in OmR, construction is so bad that bathroom is leaking and causing so much of nuisance to the people living below. Looks very bad, value of the property has gone down due to the current condition of the flat.
