Once we decided to construct our home, we started to explore and approached several builders.Among those, Mr. Alex proprietor of Blessing Builders approach is very unique. Prior to giving quotation, he visited our site and then only gave quotation along with preliminary building plan and construction material to be used. He is the only one who arranged to meet his customers. This gave us full confidence and we made contract with Blessing Builders to build our dream home.During construction, he proved our confidence on Mr. Alex is fully correct.He is having competent team who takes care of all our requirement during construction. Committed construction material was used which is of high quality by default. Systematic approach was followed from day 1 to till completion. Unfortunately, finishing work got delayed due to Covid, but he managed to complete the work to our satisfaction.We are greatly thankful to Mr. Alex and all his team members to convert our dream into reality.

I have started 1 year ground work before accomplishment of my own house plan , first I looked all the premium apartments and villas around 1C,But somewhat all those apartments are using phishing or gimmick words and materials used are not so premium or upto mark ,I not blaming anyone , I understood the concept of business , In fact in current inflation world, we need to accept that someone is giving an apartment in less price means obviously the quality you need to compromise , what you pay is what you get, So I decided to go with building my own house ,The first thing I did is collecting bill of materials of a house, 6 months i spend all my weekends to collect information about each materials, specification ,quality and cost.since we both are working professional, own construction is a jeopardize stuff, so I decided looking a builder ,as per my view ,the first behavioral quality required for the builder is Honesty ,so it took 3 months (in weekends) for me to closely follow few builders without knowing to them and their sites. Then I just put an announcement in justdial and sulekha , lot of builders responded ,but I waited for my shortlisted builder’s call , only 2 responded with in a day , after that I interacted and shortlisted Mr. Alexander - Blessing Builder is the my builder and up to final stage I never worried about anything , the ground work what I did was extremely worked well and finally I have harvested a fantastic dream house.I have openly informed to Alex that I am looking a premium house ,so he suggested lot ,he did initial plan, but we only satisfied 50%, Fortunately (Dec 2017) that time was my LTA, so I be seated in his office and changed the plan as per my wish and I interacted with a vasthu specialist along with Alex’s specialist and finalized the plan, I appreciate the flexibility ,2 months later in march 2018 we have started the work at site, He never missed the specification what we have agreed , and he have sufficient workforce ,so no delay in the construction ,I have made some changes in the plan , he or his team never worried about the plan change, he always said Okay we will proceed , unfortunately August 2018 , unexpected rain for the whole month in Chennai , but the team have managed the situation very well , no delay in the construction , one lot of brick load came bit less quality due to continues rain , he even not compromised and changed it without hesitation, every time his team is testing sand/msand/brick qualities , he is using up to mark materials and following good ethics ,if you want more premium then he is suggesting and changing without any ego , he never compromising/ negotiating us , in 9 months he has handed over the building(around 3000sq feet) including interior wood work , he have nice and professional team of Engineers ,supervisors, mation coordinator, carpenter, electrician ,plumber ,painter and all in all specialist (like handrails ,false celling and CCTV camera etc) to deliver a turnkey project, Everyone will align for his wavelength is the beauty ,( Alex I really appreciate and wonder how you mange such same frequency specialist in the team.), Cool …you No need to interact with everyone and all ,all your point of contact is Alex or Engineer only. I wish him success in life and business.
