One of the oldest cluster apartments in the city built by SI constructions.

Its just ok. Old building

I live there right now. Its amazing to see how good neighbors there are and a wide range of houses. The only reason deducted 1 star is because of the security. It was not good before and huge robbery happened in my house including my neighbor

Nice gated apartment complex. Close to school, post office, bus stand, etc. Im not sure about the living conditions inside, however I presume it to be good, since Ive known a family reside in there for over 25 years.

The so called Association ( mis ) managing this Regd. society is AWFUL to mention the least. The treasurer who practically assumes authority is good for nothing. He cooks up DUES for the residents to pay that too at least TWO YEARS old, while he collects the current dues from them, without informing them about their dues. He hardly gives out official receipts to the genuine payments made by cheque.The Association has NOT called any AGM in the last few years and submitted their AUDITED Annual accounts for approval of GB. Thepresent President and Secretary seem to be voiceless. Will not the Inspector General of Registration of societies/Association inspect the books of account at least for the last few years ???

Easy access through public transit. Apartments maintenance are in renovation stage so I gave 4*.

Buildings are very old. But the location is very good, very good connectivity.
