Bought a resale flat 3 BHK at living spaces. Maintenance is high compared to other flats. Okay since maintenance is high can we expect quality people, no. Today i called an electrician for tripping problem. He told that there is problem in RCCB switch so buy one which is of Havels company.This will cost around 1800 rupees, mrp would be nearly 3000. I thought of calling my brother who is an electrical engineer who told no need to buy this and mentioned that there will be earthing problem so check plugged devices. I unplugged a fan which was old and had some earthing issue. Now the power was restored. Later i called this electrician person, he told that he is a plumber. Shocked. Such kind of people we have in this Society. DAWN the company name which takes care of maintenance.
