I visited a relative here. Security personnel are really good. All covid protocols are being follwed here properly. Visitors might find it very difficult to get a parking inside.

It’s my heaven. I have a lot of happy memories. One my favourite place to stay.

A posh apartment.. Very good place to live and highly accessible as it is in the main road(Greenways road). close to bus stop. It has ayyappan temple, chettinad school, ambedkar manimandapam, music college, leela palace hotel, MGR janaki college and pattinapakkam beach all within one km surroundings. Apartment is very well maintained and it has a small play area for kids and a club house with covered swimming pool.Few disadvantages are no covered parking, visitors parking is bit tough to get, high maintainence charges..

Big building with out maintenance.

The building is fully secured , they keep a log of visitors and their vehicles, they advise the drivers and chauffeurs about the parking policy and even navigate the people to their destination in and around the building.

Lovely ans posh location..Chettinad school and Ayyappan temple at road cross distance is an added feature..
