The admin maintains the place nice & tidy. Pleasant and secured environment. Havent faced any water problem(as admin takes care of it).

A Gated community. Well managed estate. Lived there for a few years. Had no trouble . In fact, the place was well located. Nice breeze. The estate manager dealt the Cyclone situation very well in 2015. The power generator was filled and utilized efficiently for a period of 4 days. Milk supplied, water cans supplied for all residents.

Im staying here. Well maintenance, good atmosphere, green every where . 24/7 watchmen availability. Very safe place.

Nicely maintained society. Upscale apartment. Hard working staff. Clean ambience and neatly maintained small gardens. Nice for a quite life for bachlors, couples n families.Gym doesnt have too many equipments, but the available ones are maintained nicely and do well for everyday workout. The swimming pool is small, but maintained nicely. Play area is also good.

Its a good place to stay. Quiet area, peaceful. I was here during the recent rains there wasnt any water logging at all. There are pgs inside the apartment. Please feel free to ask the security at the gate and they will give you the contact of the owner.

Nice place to stay. I have been living here for past 6 months and my overall experience has been great. The society is very connected and have frequent events such as new year party or diwali celebration. The club is also nice and gives you one of the best deals in chennai. Great swimming pool, indoor games and Gym.

Place is somewhat ok for a long term stay. Breakfast provided is not good. Maintenance is average. Owner was supportive and tried to make it a pleasant stay.

One of the Best location in city, neat and clean, area is not soo large but still a great place to stay...consists of pools and multipurpose halls.

A decent gated apartment having flats for both families as well as bachelors. As a Pg facility, the services are very good, house owner is soft spoken and mostly polite, rooms are quite good and quite hygienic.I have been living as a bachelor for almost 2years, and it is quite better than most of the places in OMR to live.Only cons are like, the rent is somewhat high and it doesnt include food. You have to make arrangements for food by urself either by employing a cook or through Tiffin delivery. Also because of marshy land and a lake outside the boundary of apartment, lot of mosquitoes enter inside the flats.

Place is good to live.Only problem may be some safety issue during night from bus stop to the apartment. In normal cases ok.

Pathetic administration by the Welfare association office bearers. The STP has been non functional for 6 months, its stinking, 90% of bachelors. Very little family atmosphere.

Its a Gated Community..Security Wise its Very Good.. Many Flats Converted to Pgs are available @6.5k Range... Its Bit Old... Siwmming Pool is not Maintained well..

Food good,service good,cabin sharing worst its lowering the standred of synergy.
