This is just a landmark place and connects mint street to the parallel street. There is a great ready made garments store next to this complex though, called Nakoda Studio. Excellent collection of Mens wear. Should visit for the gents looking for exclusivity.

Its a very old complex housing a browsing center and few more shops. Its a through complex that has entrance from both mint street as well as nattupillaiyar street. Has space for paid car parking from the nattupillaiyar entrance.
