I have visited this place to my friends house.Clubhouse, Swimming pool,Gym,play area for kids and elders is well built.

Infra is the great but still worst attitude towards the customer by the salesperson. I felt they are doing some kind of partiality/preference/ignorance.

The apartment has lots of facilities like summing pool, gym, play arena. Environment is so calm.

Very comfy and feature rich apartments. Suitable for high class people as theproperties are high in price. Its on the main road which is a plus as well as a minus as dust from road comes to the house easily. People giving the house for rent are also charging high rents. But the apartments are good except the price.

This is my home 3 residing comfortably. A full fledged Club House in operation. As a Senior Citizen lovely place to reside. An excellent play area for kids. Calm & pollution free airy area.

If you are going to buy/rent an apartment here, please rethink. These are my personal views after staying for 6+ months:Pros:1. Good clubhouse.2. Fair construction.3. Spacious rooms.Cons:1. Low or no mobile network.2. Water problems.3. Electricity problem(Recurrent power cuts).4. Dust everywhere.5. No internal repairs are covered under maintenance charges. ( Call them, pay them)

Very worst sales people and they are liars.The management will get all the money from us but they will not handover properly. They will set their own rules and act accordingly. The fitting mainly switch board used in the houses are very bad quality. Dont prefer this by seeing club house and parks because They are attracting people with this.In summer as usual water scarcity is here. But there is no proper response from management and association.The security staff, engineers and sales people are very worst. They are not doing their works properly. They behave like they are working in MNC. If there is any issue they wont work on our available time. They will work whenever they are free.

Great community to stay, super club house and garden area, i just moved in, i would recommend this apartment/ area to all family person , only thing is that the rent is on bit the higher side.Quality of construction is also superb.Specially recommended for north indians working near shollingnallur and navallur area.

I own a flat here . Sales team are liars since they took my bookings stating handover in Dec 2016 but delayed delayed and got it finally on April 2018 .Delayed my flat due to lack of bookings in my block .After booking we need to be flexible which is not good and finishing is not great.Club house came with delay but now people are happy with that atleast.Not enough depth in borewells for water. We buy through tankers in summer and Malles didnt care.Locality and community is good but builder is not .

Builder is not cooperating with the residents to solve water crisis, security issue and very important open space are converted to car parking. Way of handling customer is not nice.

Too far. No connectivity by Bus or Public Transport....Public should know these facts before investing in Properties in such far off places. You are literally cut off from the main city and even reaching the main road that is the Perumbakkam Solinganallur Main Road which is Two kms away takes at least 15 mintues in peak time. Forget about the Public transport.The Auto Rickshaw guys are arrogant ones would not give ride at reasonable price but ask hefty amount as they know the People have no other option here.I had the opportunity to visit this place for a House warming ceremony and internally the Apartments seems to be good otherwise.The Comment here needs to be taken in to consideration only in respect to the logistics and location of the Property. Nothing about the internal and respective Property.

I live here. Please see the attached images. This is the email we had received from the builder. Malles is now putting pressure on us to take over the maintenance as they say they will unable to maintain the complex for the 3 years they have committed. They are yet to provide any amneties though Phase 1 was handed over 2 years back. Provided dates keep getting extended.Water quality is bad causing white layers in bathroom but during sale I was guaranteed good water. New buyers beware.Beware of this builder as they are known NOT to keep their side of the commitments but will push the buyer to be flexible.

It is very nice construction in Chennai which enhance development of city. In my research this is very good project held in Perumbakkam area.

Situated in Nookampalayam Main Road,this condominum complex offers wide variety to choose flats.They have got good community,amenities,snacks & vegetables availablse inside.nearby Villa construction is fantastic.currently there is no maintenace fee collected.people looking for rent can try here.

Good set of apartments off OMR and within reach of It corridor, velacherry and not too far away from tambaram. 4 floor multi block apartment complex, water is known to be hard like many parts of chennai. Last two blocks are getting ready for handover in few months.

A very dusty place!! We were impressed by their online ads and went to have a site visit !!Only the model flat was built! The rest of the space was jus being constructed!! And the representative spoke as if he visualised everything right in front of his eyes! People who have dust allergies, pls avoid even hung through this way!! and its more interior from the main roAd!!

The entrance of the appartment is very bad! still under construction and I think its going to take a year or more then thatt to be fully constructed ,

It is place where You can spend almost a day and more during weekends, the place is clumsy but got a great ambience inside the mall, can steal your time with theatres and fun elements filled around the floors, It felt too costly for me to afford goods in here.

A decent apartment close to Elcot, OMR. Can also access Tambaram, Madipakkam or siruseri in about 30-40 minutes depending on the time and route . Building construction is good but architecture / design is so outdated and also has some minor but evident flaws in the construction and plans.It has a quite a number of equipments in the gym which is more than enough for a person to keep fit. The swimming pool is also good enough for beginners and for those who want to just relax.Take away points:Pros:1. Good choice if its for investment or if you dont mind about the cons mentioned below.2. If your working in elcot or siruseri you can confidently stay here (but itll easily take about 20 minutes to even reach the main road during peak hours and rainy days)Cons:1. No system / regulation on any aspect be if security, amenities or even parking2. Can expect to hear noise from everywhere due to close proxity of houses3. Mobile network is another big problem inside the premise.
