Easy access to Chennai Airport & Perungalathur, Tambaram bus terminals and predominantly this is an junction that connects byepass with the Chennai City. Nearest land marks are Pentecostal Mission, Peerkankaranai lake, Tambaram air Force, Vandalore zoo, Perungalathur hills.

Im now this area and area people for more than 25years. So Dont say area is dirty and non peaceful place. Some of the people making area dirty.
