Dont attract customer with your advertisment in olx..I saw ad in olx.Last week i went to chennai computer to purchase keyboard at that time I saw one customer fighting saying brand new cpu. . Purchase 2 month now cpu not turning on.I saw them fighting then I decided to buy dell keyboard which is box packed and sealed one then i decided to buy with bill of 490/-Within 2 days not working.Bill clearly mentioned warranty should be claims direct services center onlyThen I went to service center at nungambakkam they clearly said we cannot claim bill.. they said Keybaord is Not original ..again i triedthen I realised that they have given duplicate keyboard .. please be carefull buying any computer items here . When u purchased brand new in the name of duplicate item.Dont go here they selling faulty products.. Later u will feel the painAll are used one and refurbished only faulty
