Other good thing is that there is complete transparency and all genuine service parts are used. My Core2duo is almost 13 years old and started dying slowly. I have changed SMPS, HDD and even had motherboard issues. With lot of patches, though it started working, I was looking to assemble a new i5 PC and was preparing the configuration for sometime.I did speak to few vendors in and around my place and was almost decided to place an order. My wife, recommended to check the details with Sri Chakra Computers as the feedback was extremely positive from her school friends circle. We dropped in and explained the requirements to Satish.He said to give 10 minutes time to work out the costing and we got the best deal. We placed the order immediately and paid 50% advance as well.PC got delivered next day as committed ( it was working) and paid fully. I took the PC and wasn’t getting any display post BIOS screen at my home. I was puzzled and was searching for the issue for couple of hours.Spoke to Satish and he has asked me to bring the PC and he also faced the same issue. He then reinstalled everything from scratch and things were working fine. I took the PC, again same issue observed.We both were puzzled, as this issue seems interesting as well. This was working before delivery to me and stopped working to me and to him as well. He took efforts to reach out to motherboard support team and finally understood the real crux of the issue. For the last 5 days, PC is working fine and no issues so far.Since we both understood, the issue is not easy and quite complex, there was a trust established and efforts taken were explained transparently to resolve the issue.Throughout the conversation, Satish knows as how to convince customer, proved that he does have good amount of experience in manging such issues. All the conversations especially after delivery were handled very well.Overall, extremely happy and great experience with the purchase. I would recommend him for all computer related requirements.
