Very Worst StoreThey really do not know the meaning of what customer service is. I agree that they have good display of ACs brand wise and demonstrations. However, once you buy the AC you are at their mercy.They do not keep up the delivery and installation dates that they agreed when you buy nor they attend phone calls/ answer your queries. This is the worst customer support i have ever received in Chennai. Its almost 10 days since I paid Rs. 35K and still I havent got my AC Installation Done.If this is the way you treat your customers you are absolutely going to lose all customers. 👎

Feel so bad when i go to offline store to buy laptop. They have old and minimal demo piece. And to asked us to buy what they have. Atleast one show room in chennai must have more items to sell. But other then laptop they have more demo piece. Generally customer care staffs are very polite expecting more laptop demo piece in one show room.

Experience was really extended due to lag in Billing and basic Customer info. Added they confused the Product post paying for it and that was really annoying and frustrating. I ended up buying more than the amount I had planned for....despite the Product being worth the price. Yet...the whole purchase was a result of a GOOF!! . HENCE 3.75....they need to improve their Operations and cus care.
