Good shop for laptop service

They did not response any customer properly because I have called four five times for pc games dvd for my brother, they told come directly and said come after some times. We are mad? We dont have any work?

I got my Desktop computer serviced but they never gave the bill, it costed around 6,000/- and told that they will email me which they never did. I had also bought a battery for my laptop which they told was original, it hardly worked for few days and doesnt stand without power even for a minute.I went to their shop twice and they made me wait for over 40 minutes and say that they technician is going out and asked to come back later. Service with desktop was OK but they should have sent me the bill, but none of the product i bought were satisfactory. They were all of low quality.
