At that time store staffs gave me very good explanation about the models and I took more than a hour to decide which model I want to purchase but they were very politely answer my queries and they suggested laptop and printer based on my usage. Now almost 6 months gone now I made this review I am so happy because on that store staffs Vinoth and Kannan are very polite kind persons and gave me a very good shopping experience. I also want to service my old laptop they suggest me GBS service centre near More supermarket that service centre also did service my laptop with affordable price. Bought an AMD ryzen 3, 156 inch, 512 ssd, 4gb ram Laptop for 38k. The next day I saw the same laptop being sold and flipkart and amazon for 32k(Not even at offer. During normal time). I had to blame myself for not checking the price online first. But i was not aware of this model before and this ignorance costed me an additional 6k. Please check the price online while you are at the store itself before buying. You can save atleast 3k.Showroom quotes that the additional cost is for the following1) Software installation. It is as simple that anyone who can operate a laptop can do it by themself2) Free delivery- Flipkart or Amazon does not ask for delivery fees for laptop. It is free of cost.3) Hp onsite services- The product itself comes with one year onsite warranty. So the first 2 free service is unlikely benifitable.The 6k additional cost I paid, cannot be compensated with Software installation, delivery and services. Hence please check the product online before buying a laptop from here.
