Kindly do not waste your time visiting this store. They tried to sell a product which was purchased for their store use. The box was tampered, it was in a bad shape and kind of opened. Very unprofessional, unpolite and too much of attitude from the staff. They need to keep in mind that Dell products are available everywhere and also at a much better pricing. Seriously, Dell needs to do a orientation to them on how to treat their customers or the brands reputation is at stake.

Happy with the experience of exploring and purchasing laptop in the store. The staffs were kind and explained the details well. However, it would have been nice if they provided backpack or any other accessories along for such a cost.

They shd.post somebody in the reception and provide a fan in the reception lounge. Else the doors shd be kept closed. The area is suffocated. But their technical services are vety good.They work on saturdays too.

When I had gone for battery replacement in near to verified dell exclusive showroom in Bangalore then they told about the replaced battery installed in my laptop.I dont know how many components are replaced because its works very slow. Starting time is very slow.Please purchage any products very carefully.

Worst DELL store....Tried ordering a XPS 15, understand delays are imminent...they gave one week time period for delivery of laptop no call...when I called back they told me one more week....one more week later when the date came they gave me a false hope that the laptop will arrive that day and that they would call me back...when I called the next day they informed me its going to take another month...is this a joke? Cancelled the order.
