Croma a definite place to visit if you want to buy any latest electronic stuff. Also in addition, if you wanna get the look and feel as a first hand experience then visit their store for the vast exhibits. Price is very much in ok side and thats the main reason I gave 3 stars here. The highlight is that the customer service is quite friendly and makes us feel comfy with any gadgets.But when things come to price you will be forced to their price point, so not a good place for thrift or bargain.

Very fewer visits to Croma and first time to the Phoenix outlet... throughly a wonderful shopping experience... ground staffs are very responsive and handling my queries on the products very well.. I purchased MacBook form this outlet... in general I have observed unsatisfactory on call responses from some staffs of other outlets, but here I found the staffs are highly customer focused and responsible..... I would not hesitate to visit them again ...

I had a real bad experience with one of the customer service representative @ phoenix mall Croma where when I purchased a Samsung 32 smart TV I was assured that I can get 3yrs extended warranty at an offer price within 1month from the data of my TV purchase. Later when I went and tried to buy extended warranty for the same TV with in the above said 1month the same representative told me I cant get the offer price for warranty. He just gave a false commitment to me as just for the sake of completing that TV purchase and then I ended up paying almost Rs.2000 for the same extended warranty. Also I request all customer service representatives in that show room not to insist customer to give a good rating during our visit to your showroom, which i noticed recently just for the sake of positive reviews. Its some thing that Croma should earn based on our own experience, If you are committed to service Croma will gain good review by itself. Please dont give false promises to us unless you really have clear detail about the product you sell especially w.r.t warranty extension...

Very pathetic and horrible after sales service..I have bought an Croma Ac from this store. For installation they have literally tortured like anything...lies after lies and finally after so much persuasion when they have send ..the technician are so amateur that they dont even know what are the spares required for installation..they are going several times to the shop for buying one one item..the technician took almost 5 hours to install the Ac with very pathetic condition..pathetic, horrible, feeling frustrated...

Helpful staff bit slow to get things but end result was a happy young lady. Ram the engineer who set up her laptop was helpful.

I have visited this showroom few times. It is good place to buy branded items in some discount price. Lot of appliances are available. Some gadgets they are offering lesser than amazon. Croma products also good only. For visitors you can play asphalt in apple for free. And also all gadgets you can use it.

Very disappointing service.1. They said they will offer 10% discount on debit card and in bill it was mentioned 5%. This is terrible and cheating.2. I ordered a samsung TV which was a gift and I repeatedly mentioned the date before which I wanted the delivery i.e 17th oct but till now I have not received it and status shows that it will be delivered on 19th. My place is just 55kms from the store.This experience has made sure that I will not prefer croma for anything in future.

Pathetic service, very poor knowledged staffs. We bought Whirlpool BMR 325 ltrs refrigerator on Feb 21, it started giving troubles ( low cooling and sort of noise) from March . From day one , whirlpool service was very poor and the follow-up by Croma is drama. At the time of purchase,they gave so many promises, because of that we took extra warranty with extra money. First Croma send some technician with minimal knowledge,he changed the board,( I dont know what kind of board) and asked us to turn off the fridge for 24 hrs. It worked fine for just 10 days , again the cooling issues started, till now nothing has sorted out for issue resolution. Different technicians came ,but noone able to find what is the issue? . For the last 15 days , I am really exhausted since I have already visited Croma Velachery store to report the issue directly.Customers be aware of whirlpool service and Croma fake promises. 04 April 21.Belied my TRUST in TATA Brand. on 03 Apr 2021, I had gone to Croma store in Phoenix Mall, Chennai, to purchase a 43-45 inch smart TV & a mobile in 15-16 k range. I ended up purchasing a 55 Inch Samsung Smart TV (Rs 62 k approx) & also Vivo mobile for 30 k based on features and on assurance of Rs 7,200 as exchange for existing mobile and Bluetooth speaker by the salesman. I also purchased one year additional warranty/insurance worth nearly Rs 2000 for mobile. The salesman vanished during billing and later told me it was not possible to exchange the mobile despite the scheme being advertised in the showroom. He offered to get it exchanged in 4 days and requested not to report the matter. He then vanished, saying he has fractured his hand. For more than past 10 years I have been buying mobiles online due to reliability, convenience & hassle-free return scheme. I did a mistake by changing my habit it seems.15 Apr 21standard smoke screen tactics about contacting customer care for solution. this is followed by a lame response, offering my Rs 5,200 for my old phone exchange instead of Rs 7,200 offered before making the sale to me. NO ACCOUNTABILITY OR ETHICS WHATSOEVER. UNTRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Very unhappy with the service from Croma !!!Mis-information provided !!!Purchased a brand new AC on Jan 28, 2021 from Croma - Phoenix Mall, Velachery(Chennai). Was promised for delivery on the 29th and installation on 30th by the sales rep ( a girl ) which did not happen. No one from Croma notified me for any late delivery or re-scheduled installation appointment. I had to call them continuously and follow up on the delivery and installation. We were told that the installation would be performed by the LG technician and would be FREE OF COST. Today, on Jan 31 (Sunday) the installation was done but they charged us for it. WOW !!! This was so no right. I contacted the sales rep and also, spoke to a customer service Manager ( Vijay ) but they now went back on their word saying they never promised us for a free installation. On the day of the purchase they made it sound like everything would be done as a smooth sail and all will be taken care of BUT it turned out as a disappointed.Please note, if this review is being read by Croma..... I would like to say that I am very unhappy and disappointed with the service provided. You should set the expectations right to your customer when trying to sell a product and have your conversations/discussions recorded so you do not go back on your word. Besides, you need to inform your customer with the correct information on the particular product that you sell (which is very important).Croma is a good brand but this experience was very much unexpected.Dont think I will make my way back to Croma again !!!!!Thank you.
