Computer castle also offer Airtel services of providing New connections, SIM replacements, Prepaid covnersions etc.My experience was little bitter as I have placed SIM replacement request and for 25 days this was not handled. Where as in reality it should be done in 24hrs. I have chased the representative for 8 days and got frustrated as I have taken new mobile and was unable to use the same. Atlast , today my luck favoured and when called his colleague picked his mobile and when mentioned that Iam unhappy with the service it was done immediately in 30 mins and I was surprised. How I need to react?
